  • Participation in the Rural Heritage Festival
         
  • Promotion of Lancaster and Garrard County through brochures, fliers, and pamphlets
         
  • Support for local organizations through in-kind and monetary gifts
                   
  • Initiation of a Welcome Committee to provide newcomers with information and gifts from Garrard County
         
  • Cooperation with and support of the local Tourism Committee
        
  • Continuation of a leadership program to aid both students and adults in gaining the skills necessary to become leaders in the community and to encourage potential leaders to stay in Garrard County
