Mayor Rinthen is a veteran of the United States Navy where he served for 20 years.  He has two executive chef degrees as well as an auto mechanic degree.  He is the owner of Don’s Marathon, Inc. in Lancaster.  He has a personal hand in numerous aspects of the city including the newly formed Arts Council and Light up Lancaster.
