Q: Does the county maintain private drives?
A: No, the county road department only maintains roads that are meet the county specifications and are taken into the system.  A good indication of whether a road is county or private is by the color of the marking post that bears the road name.  White Posts are County Roads.  Red Posts are Private Roads.

Q: What is the occupational tax?
A: The occupational tax is a 1% tax on those who are employed or do work in Garrard County.

Q: When are the fiscal court meetings?
A: The Garrard Fiscal Court meets every 2nd Monday of the month.  On occasion, there are special meetings called to session later in the month.  All meetings are reported in the newspaper. 

Q: How do I make a reservation for a shelter at Logan Hubble Park?
A: Reservations are can be made at by coming into either the Lincoln County Judge Executive’s Office (606) 365-2534 or at the Garrard County Judge Executive’s Office.  A payment of 25 dollars must be made before the reservation can be documented, but a simple phone call can confirm availability.
