The Disaster & Emergency Management division is responsible for the coordination of efforts between all emergency response departments.  CSEPP is the Chemical Stockpile Emergency Preparedness Program division of Garrard County and its goal is to enhance community emergency preparedness.  Office hours vary during the year, but staff can always be reached in an emergency by calling 911 or the Lancaster Police Department at (859) 792-3023.  Administrative, non-urgent calls should be made to (859) 792-4786.
